AG Bell is a 2-year training program with the opportunity to travel across the continental U.S. Create a strong technical foundation by solving field issues and supporting the implementation of new product designs. Project Services creates an avenue to utilize technical and engineering backgrounds while building fiber optic networks for the future. Engineers can come into the department and make an immediate impact while learning the business from the ground up. Projects Services works in every environment from ISP, OSP, and Special Projects. Cross-Functional Team dynamics is a prerequisite for success. The team works with practically every department within COC to assure success in the field. Those relationships forge personal and career growth. The department allows engineers to work with current and future product sets to create revenue streams for future opportunities. Initially, Projects Services was going to be a building block or resume builder for me. The potential to influence the department, build cutting edge networks, and support customer needs has turned into a career. Project Services is an excellent place for the next generation of influencers to start their careers. I look forward to working with you.
