Develop Interdependent Culture

  • Expand leadership commitment, communication and involvement
  • Implement a measureable employee involvement process
  • Conduct safety-focused training
  • Conduct culture assessment and act on findings

  • Identify and communicate key learning and leading practices
  • Include leading practice  implementation as part of annual plan
  • Design for safety
  • Pro-actively manage contractors
